• As a part of the co-op in the Technical Operational department, my job is to understand the processing concept of multiple pharmaceutical products and generate documents such as Protocol, Risk Assessments and Impact Assessments for the Commercial/Developing product upon client’s requests. Including technical writing and the preparation for scale-up and technology transfer of solids and liquids under GMP regulation.• involving in many improvement projects, such as reducing unnecessary calibration frequency, reducing the wasting of argon gas tubes, and reducing the labour cost• Assist other processing engineers in making further Master Batch Records (MBR) manual deviations and improvements to prevent issues.• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Validation Department to issue and control the documents within the manufacturing/packaging process.• Applying statistical analysis, organization, and data compilation skills when using SAP enterprise software to source information and navigate business operations and assets.This experience solidified my interest in pursuing further studies in Chemical Engineering, as it allowed me to see firsthand the importance of chemical engineering principles in real-world applications.
