• Completely plan and handle all operational aspects of the system from initial proposal, proof of concept, release planning, managing, configuration, development, delivery, deployment, go-live and post go-live activities. • Release Management (Planing, configure package, documentation and deployment)• Plan resources requirements and resource utilizations• Involve in Project planning• Provide high level time estimates and actual time estimates for Change Controls• Handling all operational Change Requests. Eg: Writing specs, requirement gathering, approvals and development.• Plan and implement Operation Cycle and integrate third party monitoring tools • Handle Operational aspect of integrating MIT products • Make sure that KPI’s are met and all activities are carried out according to Quality and Performance Matrix and also the Standards are met.• Provide Level 2 & 3 support • Identify improvements in the applications for better operability and log change requests. • Act as the link between the company and the clients for all Technical and Operational queries.• Analyze client requirement and Propose solutions • Plan and implement Disaster Recovery Solutions• Priorities issues and change requirements• Evaluate and provide input/feedback/expert opinions for New Project proposals• Set Operation Requirements and Goals of the Application
