As a fresh graduate, I have joined QRA-FA department in 2014. Within 8 years, I have improved myself with academic and industrial knowledge as Failure Analysis Engineer, with abilities to support FIB and TEM while providing training and supervision to new recruits joining my shift after OJTs. Currently, I’m working as senior engineer in device solutions for Samsung electronics. My job scope is to ensure customer satisfaction regarding Project, Technical Support and Product related queries. As one Team, I also establish constant communication with branch and HQ counterparts. Opportunity to represent my Team was also provided as an agent to gather and update VoE to Management Team. My negotiation skill is nurtured through this role as it is a required skill to renew contracts time to time. For the Team, I have successfully established the SOP on RMA project. I am Fluent in Burmese and English (both spoken and written) and have basic knowledge in Mandarin. My strength is proven to be the adaptability to new job scopes and I am willing to learn new things either through courses or self-learning. I have developed my leadership skills and interpersonal communication skills since my Poly studies period through multiple events and discussion groups from different CCAs and department gatherings. I find the social communication to be the key to personal development. Thus, to this day, I am always ready to join team bonding events either at my company or university. With chances given, my next step will be to host the events as a new experience.
