As a Mortgage Officer, I oversee residential mortgage files from the moment the commitment letter is signed until funding, ensuring that each file meets all company policies and regulatory requirements. I serve as the main point of contact for brokers, taking ownership of the process by gathering, reviewing, and verifying client documentation—such as income, employment, and down payments—to ensure accuracy and compliance. My role requires clear, proactive communication with brokers to address any questions, coordinate required documents, and maintain progress within service level agreements (SLAs). Working closely with the Funding team, I am dedicated to delivering a seamless, timely experience for clients, supporting them through each step of the mortgage journey and ensuring a high standard of quality in every file.
