A holder of an MBA degree in Business Management and a BSc in Telecommunications Engineering while currently pursuing my MA in International Education at Bath UniversityAt my most recent job, I hold the role of the Head of Middle School and the Middle Years Program Coordinator in an IB school in Amman. I have supervised and trained a team of teachers. I have held administrative responsibilities within the pedagogical leadership team at the Middle School level. Moreover, under my direct supervision and collaboration with all team members we have achieved IB Authorization.I strongly believe in student empowerment and promoting their achievements as life-long learners in their institution and future roles.Now, my ambition is focused towards adding value to people’s lives and leaving a positive fingerprint in student’s hearts and lives where ever I go. My profession in teaching made me realize the importance of lifelong learning and improving oneself. Being part of an IB school and going through the experience of DP and MYP Authorizations has changed a lot in my commitment, holistic view and understanding of contexts and cultures. Leading a successful team of coordinators and teachers impacted my understanding of mutual respect, and the importance of achievements when working in teams and collaboratively.Loyalty and hard work are main pillars I rely on. Working hard pays off to oneself and to the community and the world.
