Due to the carrier- surface phonon coupling, the electrons in graphene relax much faster on diamond substrates compared to other conventional surfaces. Created a novel morphological form of graphene called Curled Graphene Ribbons (CGR).Through simultaneous photocurrent and gate sweeping measurements we demonstrated extraordinary photocurrent emission from these novel structures.
