I ran the design coordination works by creating optimum solutions for projects/clients, participated in client meetings, and got involved in tender works. Besides, I prepared the annual anticipated budget, prepared the desired contracts, and was responsible for contract management. Moreover, during installation, I supervised the site works and delivered the projects.

As the representative of my multinational company in Russia, I handled engineering marketing, project investigation, tender works, contract management, and business development concerning Space Frame Steel Structures which can be applied to relevant construction projects.

White Gardens Office Center, ($110M):Delivering monthly project scheduling reports via Microsoft Project to the client, contract management and subcontractor interim payment follow-ups, change orders and proposal works, collecting daily progress reports and preparing architectural, constructional, electrical and mechanical weekly site follow-up reports, subcontractor method statements approvals, reviewing material approval forms, submitting the weekly Qa-Qc forms to the client and creating worldwide acceptable and necessary for green buildings - Breeam (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) checklist reports.

URSK Tulayeva Housing Project:The scope of the project covered earth works, insulation works, concrete works, infrastructure and landscaping. 4m deep excavation works followed by foundation insulation works on a 2500 sq/m plot and 200m perimeter external walls. 3.5 m high underground car park, with a casted reinforced concrete slab roof on top of it. Total reinforced concrete casting was approximately 2,100 m3. Finally,before the delivery of the project, heat and water insulation, backfilling and landscape works were also completed on time.As a construction manager, I was responsible for the overall site co-ordination including planning, scheduling, budget, reporting, contract management, preparing monthly progress payments, procurement plans and facilitating timely delivery of materials required for the project.

Krasnodar Clinical Regional Hospital Phase I ($220M) The first phase of the clinical regional hospital project involved mobilization & demobilization works,demolition works, utility networks, earth works, rough construction works, finishing works, electrical & mechanical works, facade works and landscaping. 6 new building civil works and renovation works of some of the existing buildings were being handled with a significant engineering and labour support team. As we were the general contractor, we were being supervised by a consultant company and we had plenty of subcontractors playing various significant roles on the project. The whole project covered 77,000 sq/m of total gross area work with a $220M cost. As I was the planning and cost control chief of the project, I had a wide range of duties. I carried out subcontractor monthly payments, follow-ups and revisions of the preliminary bill of quantity assumptions. Simultaneously, I prepared weekly and monthly construction progress reports, cost forecast reports and monthly income & expense reports.

Moscow Aeroflot Airlines A Class Business Centre (€55M) The project with a 37,000 sq/m total gross area involved all the civil works including steel erection works, finishing works and facade works. It was a 6 floored composite building project with an atrium in the centre of 2 catamaran like buildings established symmetrically faced to each other. My responsibilities have included preparing daily personnel reports and physical progress reports due to civil works. In addition, I prepared work breakdown structure and work schedule by using Primavera Software, submitted weekly progress reports to the head office of our company, created monthly payment documents based on unit price contract agreement and presented relevant progress to the client.
