I am a qualified and registered as an Industrial/Organisational Psychologist (IOP) professional with the HPCSA and with my accumulated working experience, I am able to use and further develop my knowledge and skills of the application of psychology principles in the workplace. This has enabled me to be a competent IOP professional in today’s fast-paced and dynamic working environment. In the workplace, I have a deep appreciation for fostering an environment which encourages growth and development for all. Owing to my accumulated experience, knowledge and skills, I aspire to provide exceptional IOP services which is based on sound scientific and professional evidence, while allowing myself and my peers to explore, learn and grow.
