Conducting Training Need Analysis from annual appraisal exercises for identifying and addressing gaps in employees’ competency skills and sourcing for suitable training programs to meet needs accordingly. 5. Overseeing the entire hiring and recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and working with recruitment agencies. 6. Developing induction programs for new recruits and conducting research to study the current compensation trends in the market. 7.
