Lead a talented group of professionals in our regional business and entrepreneurial incubation program with locations in northern and central Arizona. Work with startups and growth-stage companies to help them launch, build and scale. Help entrepreneurs grow their companies and teams through leadership development, goal setting, connecting to resources and experts, and getting important things done. Work with institutions, municipalities and economic development groups to learn what business incubation and accelerator programs can do to help "grow their own" entrepreneurial environment. The culture of innovation is a driving force in Northern Arizona, and NACET's role, with the truly amazing team in place and growing, is to connect, amplify and support the efforts and impacts of entrepreneurs and businesses, and to help them create high-quality jobs in every area we serve. Manage Northern Arizona operations, programs and facilities for NACET, a regional business incubation program based in Flagstaff, Arizona.The Northern Arizona Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (NACET) fosters business growth, from ideation to sustainable revenue, creating high-quality jobs and supporting economic vitality, entrepreneurship, and innovation. NACET matches entrepreneurs, startups and growing companies with critical resources such as coaching and advising, training and investor readiness preparation, grant programs, access to specialty labs and equipment, intellectual property and capital resources, or our extensive network of mentors, faculty, staff, interns and alumni from local businesses and academic institutions.

Worked with small and micro businesses to help them solve problems and find opportunities including startup, financing, selling, hiring, managing and growing. Conducted seminars and workshops on business development skills including financial management, business planning, marketing and communications. Advocated for recognition and support of the small business community.
