• Project manager for United Express system-wide transitions and new station start-ups (including 21 transitions and 3 new start-ups in the first half of 2008). • Perform quality assurance audits for station reliability and contractual guidelines while conducting instant feedback on performance. • Coordinates the resolution of United Express issues and performance improvement.• Manages with various United planning organizations to develop systemic and carrier / station specific solutions for United Express performance issues.• Analyzes United Express performance to identify opportunities for improvement.• Manages and ensures follow-through with actions and projects designed to improve performance.

• Manages the activities of Onboard scheduling coordinators in the performance of their duties related to flight attendant operations, scheduling, and manpower allocation / planning. • Ensures scheduling coordinators are accountable for schedule integrity, cost effectiveness, optimum reserve flight attendant utilization, and AFA contract and FAA regulations compliance. • Serves as a primary contact with other operating departments in communicating and coordinating flight attendant information, irregularities and scheduling activities. • Directs the construction and assignment of extra flight attendant schedules due to variable staffing in support of the company’s Customer Satisfaction objectives. • Supervises an employee group of both management and salaried employees and administers policies, procedures, personnel regulations, performance evaluations and career development for that group.

• Tracks pairing efficiencies, operational reliability and suggests improvements for future months’ schedule development in support of operational and financial goals. • Identifies optimal reserve patterns to minimize costs and maintain operational coverage. • Conducts ad-hoc scheduling and domicile-related studies. • Manages a program that calculates MTD trends vs. forecast for flight attendant manpower planning. • Member of a joint implementation committee for a preferential bidding system. • Provides team leadership on key projects. • Maintains, monitors and presents company divisional reliability goals vs. actual.

• Manages a model to maximize pilot productivity while minimizing costs. • Applies provisions of a pilot contract while forecasting and predicting an assortment of patterns and behaviors. • Creates and maintains reports which measure actual vs. scheduled manpower along with various other analyses to detect any missed assumptions and refine the contents of a model if necessary. • Supports contractual concession negotiations during bankruptcy.

• Monitors daily operations to ensure on-time performance while maintaining a high degree of safety. • Observes and corrects any contractual and / or federal guideline violations. • Plans and anticipates irregular operations to ensure on-time departures.
