Participated in the complete redesign of a complex contract management application for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). As the Usability Lead, was responsible for conducting a heuristic evaluation of the current application, designing a new, workflow-based UI, developing wireframes and HTML prototypes, and leading UI requirements discussions with business analysts, developers, and key stakeholders. Worked closely with the customer to ensure that the new application met the requirements of a geographically diverse user community.

As a member of an Agile team designed user interfaces for a major credit union financial application. Duties included conceiving and prototyping the overall user experience as well as the visual design and “look and feel.” Participated in project planning, brainstorming, and weekly “deep dive” meetings with business analysts and management to identify and prioritize requirements.
