The project's goal was an adapting and embedding of several tools (IT systems) and improvement of technical part of infrastructure (servers, client stations). - Development of a training program to improve staff skills such as Project Management, Requirements Management, Configuration Management, System Design, and System Architecture. These courses were designed for project management staff and lead technical staff.
