• Determine, interrogate, & communicate to the Sales Team (relative to market segments) the pricing & revenue analysis for major customers.
• Supports Sales & Marketing Team in product and transport selling price determination, ensure workings, calculations & correspondence are completed, accurate & sent out timeously.
• Process all approved debit & credit notes are with accuracy within 48 hours & allocated within the correct period.
• Communicate & work with customers to resolve issues on invoices or amounts charged to their accounts.
• Ensure all consignment warehousing is managed effectively & finalized by business day 2 for the reporting period & perform reconciliation between Cardex(inventory) system & stock count per consignment warehouse.
• Conduct monthly year to date reconciliation of rebates per customer, to assess over or under accrual, report to relevant stakeholders & if needed, advise the general ledger team to adjust accordingly.

• Performing Planning, Executing and Concluding Audit Procedures including audit procedures on significant risks.
• Auditing Financial Statements: Income Statement, Balance sheet, Cashflow statement & Statement of Changes in Equity including the related disclosures in the Financial Statements are in accordance with the related.
• Audit of client’s Cashflow forecast.
• Calculation & assessment of financial ratios and exposure to calculation of exchange rate gains/losses due to foreign currencies.
• Reconciliation of Accounting records (listings and/or general ledger) to supporting documents provided by client.
• Project Management: monitoring progress of tasks, meeting deadlines, resolving issue, and providing supervision over Junior Team members

• Monthly reconciliation of Inventory valuation to the trial balance/general, if not investigated variances.
• Monthly reconciliation of the prepayments the supporting documents and trial balance/general ledger and investigating variances.
• Assessment of leases against IFRS 16 requirements.
• Project management – ensuring work is done and on a timely basis.
• Liaison with external auditors to provide them with the support they required.
• Assisting the auditors with the stock count and roll back of the inventory balance as the stock count was not performed at year end.

• Audit of financial statements which included responsibilities of:
• Assessment of the audit client’s Cashflow forecasts, Group Accounting/Consolidations, Tax calculations against the Income Tax Act.
• Assessment of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) requirements against audit client financial information (assessment of IFRS 9, IFRS 15 and 16, etc.).
• Calculation & assessment of financial ratios and exposure to calculation of exchange rate gains/losses due to foreign currencies.1. Planning
