The Chief of Staff and Strategic Implementation reports directly to the CEO to optimize the effectiveness of the organization by designing and implementing organization-wide strategies and by managing the execution of internal business and delivery systems. The Chief of Staff and Strategic Implementation works with leadership to execute strategy, coordinate internal initiatives and support cross functional collaboration, including but not limited to: fostering clear internal and external communications; supporting diligent interdepartmental program management, developing metrics, tracking progress towards key objectives and implementing culture and talent retention programming.

Jennie Zioncheck served as a Senior Director at 21/64 where she shared leadership responsibility for 21/64 Certified Advisor Trainings and Training Network, supporting the development of new content and trainings and coaching participants as they implement learning into practice. Additionally, she worked with individuals and families on their personal philanthropy and consults with professional advisors from a variety of diverse backgrounds on how to build transformational relationships with high net worth clients and served as a national speaker on topics of philanthropy, multi-generational engagement and navigating family dynamics.
