A Hand 2 Hold is an eldercare resource service. We provide guidandce for Seniors and families for housing, care and resources in the North County area of San Diego. With a wholistic model in mind we take the whole person into consideration. We evaluate the physical, mental, cultural and financial factors to find the very best possible situation to meet that individual or couple's needs. When a person has companionship, a pleasant and healthful enviornment meaningful activity that meets his or her emotional and physical needs we can then say we have achieved "quality of life".
