As a graduate research assistant at Emporia State University, I am pursuing my dual master's degrees in library and information management and instructional design and technology. I aim to help higher education bring universally accessible education solutions to diverse learners. I assist the dean's office and selected professors with research and reports, using my data analysis, literature review, and academic writing skills.I also volunteer as a web specialist for two local non-profit organizations that support teenagers with disabilities: Our Place After School Care and Freedom Factory. I create and maintain their websites and social media pages, ensuring they are user-friendly, engaging, and informative. I have successfully increased their online presence and donations, especially during events such as Give Tuesday and Hastings Day. I enjoy applying my creativity, technical skills, and passion for social impact in this role.
