As a Program Associate since December 2022, I have played a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of key projects through comprehensive data collection and reporting, helping sites measure and achieve their performance goals. My responsibilities extend to facilitating professional development and managing logistics for virtual events, alongside maintaining consistent and effective communication with project sites, partners, and stakeholders. I also contribute to the planning and execution of significant events, including annual conferences and site visits. In addition, I have created and facilitated educational content tailored for professionals working with immigrant and refugee youth, enhancing their ability to serve these communities. My efforts in crafting federal grant proposals have resulted in securing over $10 million in funding, and I ensure compliance through meticulous audits. This experience has honed my skills in project management, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.

As a Policy Intern, I provided research and analyzed historical information, political documents, and articles that benefited nonpartisan government officials. I also provided administrative assistance by writing emails and letters to politicians and legislative assistants.

As an ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge Intern, I supported colleges and universities that worked to improve civic learning, political engagement, and voter participation. I also encouraged institutions especially historically black colleges and universities, to guide students in the formation of habits of active and informed citizenship, as well as institutionalizing democratic engagement activities and programs.
