• Contribute to the production of research reports and publications.
• Create, update, maintain and validate appropriate databases, keeping accurate written and computerized records for Caritas Commission.
• Undertake basic research including development of questionnaires/data collection tools and contribute towards conducting surveys.
• Ensure that primary data is entered by data clerks, review, clean and carry out audit of data before storing it into the Computer system.
• Analyze and interpret the results of research and generate original ideas based on outputs and outcomes.
• Undertake literature and data base searches for the research projects, and be able to interpret and present the findings of the literature searches.

Luwero

• Day to day management of various programs.
• Advising Management about the organizational related issues of process and substance
• Identifying and developing new projects for Caritas Kasanaensis.
• Develop and implement grant making approaches consistent with the organization’s mission and program initiatives; Act as a catalyst for new projects, ideas, and approaches to integrated rural development.
• Review the impact of projects implemented by the organization and report on the results. Monitor program implementation and arrange for consultation and technical assistance.
• Managing all projects being implemented by Caritas Kasanaensis; tracking the day to day operations of each individual project, maintain knowledge of work related to the project, maintaining files on assigned projects.
