RDA Defect Bin Owner (B58R)-Led the team of 20 process owners to contain uptrends & identify defect opportunities, to improve defect bin from 40% to hit 7.5% target within 55 weeks, achieving 80% yield target of the world’s first 232-Layer NAND product B58R.-Through probe to inline matching, data analysis and unlatched FA sourcing, continuously identify defect opportunities to achieve 98% yield account for goal. Ensured defect bin yield loss assigned out to individual owners to drive down.

Periphery Bin Owner (B57R)-Identify yield opportunities for periphery defect bins on learning device B57R and leveraged the learning to the main part type B58R. Productivity Project Owner-Team up with Smart Manufacturing on 10 productivity projects, provided practical user feedback to enhance project features, realized total 30 man hr./WW gain.

Process Owner-Daily monitor 3 inspection steps & 50 defects performance, during uptrend, analyse data & defect nature to find root cause and contain excursion, protecting yield. -Conduct data variation study, defect partition study, focused ion beam (FIB) defect to identify defect contributing steps, collaborate with process engineers to improve defects ~0.5% yield gain.

-Worked with CRIPSR, a gene editing technology and generated a smaller size variant for easier incorporation to rAAV vector-Invented and tested over 80 versions of CRISPR via molecular biology experiments such as gibson assembly, polymerase chain reaction and plasmid extraction.-Analysed experimental data to formulate new variants based on it.
