Fake SAR images were obtained from the electro-optical image by using Pix2Pix and CycleGAN from General Adversarial Networks (GAN) algorithms. A large electro-optical image was divided into parts and kept in the numpy array, and the images were converted into SAR images and reassembled in the model created. Thus, a large image has been transformed. In this project, in addition to algorithms, preprocessing of electro-optical and SAR images such as band shifting and transform was also carried out. Algorithm comparisons were made by looking at the results for both algorithms.

I had a chance work with FPGA based on logic design. By connecting with the ARTY A7-35T FPGA over the UART protocol, I made the LEDs light up at certain clock periods (0.5 seconds, 1 second, 2 seconds, 5 seconds) with the message I gave. Also, I monitored the message about which button was pressed from the FPGA over the UART protocol, using a serial connection with Docklight. I also created flowcharts of how the Receiver and Transmitter actions of the UART protocol work. In addition to these, MIL-STD-1553, I2U, ARINC-429 protocols; I had the opportunity to learn what Discrete I/O and Analog I/O signals are and examine how they work.
