After becoming a New South Wales registered Architect in November 2020, with the aspiration to develop holistic start-to-completion project experience, I joined Pohio Adams Architects. The small practice specialises in high-end residential design, emphasising functional, timeless, and bespoke solutions.Here I deepen my appreciation of micro details and materiality, how the intricacies in millimetres would affect the image of a piece of joinery or space. As a Project Architect, I handled several projects daily, tasks including concept package delivery, tender/construction documentation and participation in contract administration. Last but not least, looking after the office's daily music playlist.

Copenhagen, Denmark - Sydney, Australia

Curiosity for international experience brought me to Europe and opportunity allowed me to join 3XN Architects in Copenhagen, Denmark. I was positioned in the competition department whose main objective is to respond to design briefs with conceptual solutions.Here I participated in design investigation and produced presentation graphical materials for competitions of different typologies such as residential, education, master planning and notably the new Sydney Fish Market, a $750 million NSW State Significant Development project which I followed through from competition inception to post tender phase.

Continuing with my experience in interiors, I joined Warren and Mahoney's interior department where I primarily worked on Service New South Wales service centre rollout. The efficient turnover of sites allowed me to observe the wholistic process from site inspection/ measurement, concept design, documentation, construction and defects inspections. I worked closely with the client (NSW Government representative) and builders for the delivery of sites in Sydney metro areas, central coast and rural region (i.e, Bega, Kempsey, Narrabri).

With the drive to gain practical experience during my Bachelor and Master degree, I joined Faculty Design, an interior design studio specialises in retail and hospitality projects. The scale of small projects allowed me to develop attention to detail and gained fundamental drawing practices. I participated in concept design, construction documentation, material, FFNE and finishes scheduling, and DA applications for a range of cafes, restaurants and school fit-out.
