Consulting and Project delivery- Successfully completed projects across multiple lines of business (oil & gas, pharmaceutical, media, hospitality, professional services) for budgets varying between 50k and 1.5 mEUR- - Deliver business consulting services as a project manager in large, complex environments in 15+ countries implementing Infor SunSystems, Infor BI Q&A, EAM, IPOS- Oversee ongoing project delivery initiatives related to quality, methodology, expertise, and tools- Execute project reviews and demonstrate thought leadership for project development and resource allocation optimization meeting KPI-s of utilization and realization- Collaborate and build credibility with senior executive stakeholders and steering committeesSales and Account Management-Established and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by collaborating on future product road mapping- Solution selling by actively contributing to needs analyses and developing value proposition- Contract negotiation in software license and consulting service proposals Operations- Promote enhancements and ensure stabilization of operational processes: budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, WIP accounting and cross charges- Improved team collaboration and efficiency by implementing Smartsheet project management tool and Freshdesk ticketing system for helpdesk support at group level

- Manage the team of 10-15 consultants and developers (Infor SunSystems, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX)- Supervise project work: ensuring service levels are met, provide quality assurance-Manage international client accounts and deliver implementation projects as project manager- Enhance implementation standards, train and coach new colleagues - Supervise helpdesk support activity

- Implement SunSystems Financial and Business software in Hungary and abroad covering financial and logistics modules and management reporting- Deliver full cycle from system design, configuration, end user trainings and data migration

- Monitoring the efficiency of centralized purchasing activity;- Coordinating budgeting and forecasting process.
