As the main QA Engineer I integrate all testing aspects related to the software and hardware of Eyeclick’s gaming device, which uses depth camera technology to create interactive gaming surfaces on floors and tables.With increasing number of units all over the world, while requiring more content and better maintenance, I had to redefine the QA position to be more dynamic and flexible while maintaining high quality. This has turned the QA to a knowledge center that serves various departments.Accomplishments:=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- By adjusting documentation methodology, I simplified the production of updated STDs.- Establishing strong collaboration with other departments, including abroad offices.- By releasing high quality versions, the number of support cases declined- When responding to an issue or a crisis, I take part in analyzing, researching and providing solutions.- Additionally, I manage release notes, guides and troubleshooting posts on the company’s KB- Providing scripts to support to improve maintenance service, and automation for regression- Lastly, I sometimes assist in the office "happy hour" events :)

I worked in ICTS as a sole software QA person in a small development team.My role included: - Documenting tests throughout the software development life cycle (STP, STD and STR)- Performing various types test: functionality, user experience, stress, security etc.- Testing both client side (GUI) and server side (SQL).- Additional position (10%): Content designer of new courses in the company Learning Management System (LMS)Accomplishments:=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Significantly reduced the number of bugs reported mostly by end-users.- Established testing procedures and documentation for new features and releases.- Promoted collaboration with the developers by having joined "White box" testing and task reviews.- Improving the quality and reducing the quantity (by 25%) of the narration needed for the LMS courses

Teaching software QA testing at the Technion (one of Israels' leading academic institutes for technology). Subjects I taught: QA methodologies, QTP, QC, VBS and SQL.

As an instructor I was the mediator between the student and the computer and direct the student on how to use the computer to create meaningful products.From QA perspective, preparing for a lesson meant to plan the different ways to complete the tasks and to determine where the student might encounter a problem.

Arabic is a highly challenging subject to teach. As a teacher I had to breakdown the learning material into smaller chunks and develop lesson plans to suit the diversity of knowledge in each class.
