• Managing the technical team and customer service team (10 employees).• Responsible for overseeing the inspection and repair process of products in the laboratory - receiving the product, monitoring the process until end of treatment and handling the return to the customer.• Inventory, records and tracking management of products from abroad.• Workflow in SAP Business One: Sales Quotations, Sales Orders, Delivery, A/R Invoice invoices, Payment receipts, etc.• Working with external suppliers and partners.• Ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly while meeting deadline and goals.• Handling problems and presenting solutions to the CEO.
