- As part of the GoDaddy WordPress Premium Support team (WPPS), responsibilities include providing fast, efficient, and friendly support to customers with WordPress websites hosted on GoDaddy or third-party platforms.- Taking ownership of problematic tasks and escalations with a focus on customer satisfaction and best judgment.- Also responsible for helping and guiding colleagues with various issues and tasks.- Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical tasks, adjusting and fixing server platforms, and resolving issues with add-on services such as O365 and Sucuri.- Providing product-related specifications based on customer feedback and needs.- Assisting the Sales department with technical information.- Daily tasks involve using various tools and technologies such as WP-CLI, Linux-CLI, DNS management, SSH/SFTP, SSL, Sucuri Firewall configuration, Stage/Production sync, PHP version compatibility, PHP memory limits, CDN, Caching layers, and more.
