I am Certified Project Development & Management Executive with extensive professional experience in Energy and Public and Private partnerships (PPPs) fields. Current area of my responsibility covers leading the Sustainability topic in Customer Services unit of one of the biggest Energy companies in Baltic States - Eesti Energia (Enefit). Until now I successfully achieved results in:- Energy services and products joint offer development in Eesti Energia Group portfolio across home markets;- Leading the organizational transformation in B2B and B2C sales teams in Enefit Lithuania (awarded at the Group level);- Building the New Services unit in Enefit Lithuania and ensuring Eesti Energia Group Energy services portfolio introduction to the market. Before joining the Energy sector, I worked in sports & culture infrastructure projects development implementing Public and Private partnerships (PPPs) in Lithuania. I also have professional experience working with clients from private and public sector with successfully implemented projects in various industries such as IT, Energy, Healthcare and Medical devices, Transport, Real Estate development, Semiconductors lasers, Optics, Audit and Consulting, Engineering, Science and Technology, etc. Volunteering takes important part of my life as well: I am active member of Lithuanian Rotary Community building international partnerships and Founder and Charter President of Vilnius Rotary Club “Vytis”. I am curious, dedicated, open minded, result oriented and eager to learn person, with the strong sense of responsibility who enjoys team work very much. I love travel, long distance walks,  books, European cinema and trying new things.
