Overseeing and monitoring implementation of compliance framework across service lines and across different jurisdictions. Reporting to the Management Board on risk mitigation measures. Leading a cross-country compliance team (Scandinavia and the Baltics) to raise awareness about compliance related topics among the top managers and other colleagues; share best practices; develop common policies and training. Coordinating the ESG initiative: identifying stakeholders, support colleagues and clients on the route towards sustainability.Leading the work of internal audit team, performing regular audits in order to ensure conformity with ISO standards (9001 & 14001) across Baltic countries. Initiating processes within the company necessary for adoption of ISO standard 27001 on Information Security Management.Consulting business processes on adjustment or change of operations to ensure company’s goals are achieved in such a way which is legally and ethically compliant. Planning, coordinating and conducting trainings&workshops on relevant compliance issues.As primary source of legal advice within the company responsible for handling legal issues for every service line, acting as a representative of the company when dealing with third parties, including external lawyers and consultants, negotiating and managing client and supplier contracts, regularly reporting to the Board.
