I assist shareholders in value addition in portfolio companies, with particular focus on BPR, business development and improving declining market shares, turning businesses around, creating profitability and shareholder value. Primary focus is on SME's with production units and e-based businesses with a significant growth potential. My work is mainly carried out on consultancy basis for company owners, major investors, venture capitalists or banks, who are looking at implementing larger cost reduction programs, total company restructuring and/or commercial growth scenarios.

This assignment was immediate assistance to the company’s shareholders to re-gain control of the overall operations, including financial control, board reporting, manufacturing operations, business process re-engineering, people management and product development during a very difficult and challenging period with severe losses.Rescue and recovery planning, efforts to improve operational performance and profitability were the main targets with severe cost reduction plans and cash flow management. The plan was designed and refined to meet the needs of the company and the bank, but unfortunately the efforts were initiated too late for the company and the financial situation was too difficult to manage without significant risk for the bank and the shareholders. The unstable situation of the company led the bank to take preventive action against a potential future financial loss, by closing the accounts, before a solution could be reached with the shareholders and potential new investors.

This covers physical handling, inspection, systems registration, and warehouse management with a team of 15 warehouse operators, shipping agents, logistics management and quality controllers. Further to this, my team and I continue to develop the business through IT development with internal IT developers, to improve WMS systems, internal logistics and internal business processes, based on SaaS systems for our internal and external use. Stock management systems for collectors is also a part of the software we develop internally.I am also responsible for developing the onboarding of private collectors wines and the investors wines stored at Nordic Freeport under bond. I have multiple responsiblilties in terms of internal and external logistics, handling and shipping of wines across the globe to all customers and suppliers through the shipping department.Quality control and anti-fraud services is also my responsiblilty, including inbound inspection and reporting, building data on more than 10.000 bottles and preventing any fake bottles to pass quality control.Overall operations, maintenance, facilities management and development of the physical infrastructure and buildings is also my responsibility.

The board of representatives under the Confederation of Danish Industry's manufacturing fund, is representing 1368 Danish manufacturing companies, 100.000 employees and holds 500 mDKK in equity/funds. As a board member, I represent the manufacturing industry in Denmark along with my fellow board members, where we work with Danish Industry on developing the Danish manufacturing excellence and competitiveness, shaping a better future for the Danish manufacturing industry.

Fibercon was a debt recovery and full-on turnaround case, where I served as interim CEO for five years. It was a severely distressed business case, with multiple challenges in all parts of the company, with massive debt, decreasing sales figures, major inventory issues, failing business processes, and operational challenges in all ways imaginable. The company was completely restructured and cashflow was secured under my management, yet the company was still under full bank ownership during the turnaround and debt recovery project. My objective was to revitalize the company and to secure the bank's financial engagement in the company and get the business focused, profitable and sellable within the shortest possible timeframe. All this had to be done in order for the bank to realize assets or sell the company in going concern. In March 2021, the bank received a bid on all the assets including property and buildings. The bank accepted the offer and Fibercon was liquidated by the bank, which led to the completion of the project from my side. The buyers of the assets started Fibercon under a new company registration number the following day and it is still in full operation under new management and ownership.

The project target is achieved before deadline and all lights are green on all tasks. Ramping down in Denmark and transferring materials, equipment and knowledge is in the final stage, well ahead of the plan.

Acquired company - A direct competitor to zentuvo, that we took over and merged into the danish operation. The transition was short, to the point and effecient, with instant cost reduction, process management and people management.

zentuvo is IT distribution of visualization services for the real estate industry. The company was established in 2000 with the purpose of supplying high quality visual products and at the same time simplifying and optimizing the sales process for real estate agents via integrated IT solutions. All shared services and development was manageded from the group HQ in Norway. In Denmark, we focused on high customer service and support, high quality products, competitive value propositions and long lasting commercial relationships. Revenue was projected to increase by 100% as a major contract was landend. Due to internal IT delivery and deployment issues, the contract was cancelled by the customer, which led to a severe loss of customers, revenue and termination of the Danish operation.zentuvo is owned by the family owned Norwegian private equity fund Fionco. zentuvo is active in Scandinavia, Finland and UK with centralized operations and management in Norway.

The new growth strategy for the Supply Chain Division at Lyngsoe Systems encompasses an Advisory Board, which I am a part of. It consists of 4 experienced professionals and the executive management team of the company. We focus on developing the businessplatform of the division.

My task is to manage and facilitate the process of merging 3 companies into one. I am working for the Board of Directors and the owner of the companies as interim director. Primary tasks are management of the companies, while implementing a new company structure, financial reporting, project management tools and other business process improvements.

As CEO and President of the parent company Ulveco Holding A/S in Denmark, I am Board Supervisor to the Danish board appointed in our daughter company. The task for a board supervisor, is to make sure that all activities carried out by the board of directors, are performed according to Chinese rules and regulations.

Our Hong Kong operation is a freetrade hub to the rest of the world. This is where we organize customs clearance and logistics for our Chinese operation located in Zhuhai.

Ulveco is a world leading manufacturer of toroid transformers and other inductive components. With production and R&D facilities in Denmark and China, we can accommodate all customer requirements for specific transformer solutions. We are working with the worlds leading medical equipment manufacturers, wind turbine producers and industry appliance producers. Major markets are Denmark, China and USA. Sales +4 mEURO. 70 employees. Representation in the USA. All activites were transferred to China and the Danish operation closed down due to restructuring, which has made me redundant. In 18 months the salespipeline increased considerably, with high potential projects worth +8 mUSD and the strategic customer base was increased through intensive key account management. The business model was restructured and the company was fully focused and re-positioned in the market.

Jokan (IAG) acquired Conscius a logistics & software consuting company in industrial automation, where I was a member of the board.

Midsize manufactoring operation (125 people), producing conveyor systems for the automotive industry, postal services and baggage handling systems for airports. The recession struck hard on the running operation as the automotive industry stopped all investments, which lead to a loss of 70% revenue. Further to that the owners had made high risk investments in real estate, which led to severe drainage of their assets. The initiated turnaround was stopped due to lack of funding and the operation was terminated.
