Lead Product Owner of Fixed Internet Agile Team (2022-2024): Since 2022, I have served as the Product Owner for the "Mavericks Agile Team," comprising 10 members. In this capacity, my primary duties included establishing priorities for all lifecell fixed internet campaigns, providing leadership to the development team, coordinating team members, defining daily task priorities, and delegating tasks within the Scrum framework. Additionally, I was responsible for formulating new strategies and overseeing revenue management for the fixed internet division.

Lead Product Owner of Terminal Agile Team (2020-2022): I was working as "Terminaltor Agile Team Product Owner" which consists of 7 people since 2020. As a team Product Owner, my main responsibilities were setting all priorities for all device campaigns, leading the development team, coordinating each team member, determining daily job priorities, and distributing tasks among the development team within the Scrum framework. Besides that, I am also responsible for setting new strategies and management of revenue for the device division.Tasks that need to be distributed daily; choosing new devices, bargaining with device companies, designing prices/offers, creating special campaigns, pricing strategies, packaging, marketing communications, customer satisfaction, after-sales issues, market distribution management, e-commerce (online sales), revenue management, and cost management.The life cycle of all products such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, smart televisions, loT, smartwatches, accessories, etc. belongs to each team member with different specialties and skills.

Senior Digital Services & Solutions Manager (2018-2020): I was responsible for bringing, deploying, launching, and managing 5 new OTT apps in Cyprus market which were BiP messaging app, TV+ app, fizy music app, lifebox cloud storage app, and Magazines app. Although there were challenging launch deadlines, we have completed all our tasks with perfect planning which let us launch all products smoothly.

Senior Revenue Manager (2017 – 2018): I have been promoted to Senior Revenue Manager with the same position and responsibilities.

Revenue Manager (2014-2017): My main responsibilities were to create new strategies about on tariffs, products, and services to increase the income share of corporate customers

Value-Added Services Product Manager (2013-2014): I was responsible for managing all Telco Services which are developed either internally or externally services such as IVR campaigns, news services, ring back tone services, etc.Mobile Internet Product Manager (2011-2013): I was responsible for developing and managing all 3G mobile internet products and services offers used by smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
