Having curated IT Solutions across dozens of industries : from facility-wide production auditing systems (for clients like CATALER, of the Toyota Group), to continent spanning business intelligence reporting (for customers like CRAY VALLEY RESINS, a TotalEnergies company), I've had to wear many different hats over the years : from Solutions Analyst to Project Manager, from SQL Developer to ERP Consultant, I've had exposure to facets of the IT Industry that few others get to experience. But from one hat to the next, and from one role to another, there's that one constant I always bring to the role : PASSION.Wherever I find myself, I'm filled to the brim with a raw, unbridled LOVE for problem solving (and helping folks) through the use of technology.I'm not fussed what role I need to fulfil, as long as I'm challenging myself to succeed. Need someone to get in the trench and dig? Hand me a spade. Need a body to pour through reports, crunch data and pull a win from the precipice? Anchor me to a tree, and I'll hang over the edge to save the project. Manage a team? Check. Work alone and deliver? Double Check. Master of IT acronyms and buzz-words? SCRUM! SEO, AGILE, SaaS!SQL is my jam, and solving problems is my bread and butter. Hand me a scope, and I'll give you a product : on time, often within budget, and always with constant communications... and sometimes, I'll even future proof the thing while I'm at it. I mean, I've been around long enough to know that scope creep (and untenable deadlines) will crop up from time to time, so why not work in the obvious features beforehand? Proactive, rather than reactive is the conventional wisdom, I believe.I can write more (I love storytelling, in case you haven't noticed), but if by this point I've not sold you on at least reaching out to the man who is Ziyaad Ally (husband, father of two, and one of the best darn IT folk you'll ever meet - if I do say so myself), then another couple o' reams of writing isn't going to do it.All in all, I'm keen on a place where I can spread my wings and soar - so if whoever reads this thinks that place (your organization) and I would be a good fit, please get in touch.Thank you for your time.
