With a story-first mentality, I spearhead direction and design mandates for client collaborations within the Arts & Entertainment industry. Helming the company's direction, I facilitate visual, design, social media, and programming tasks within the team.

Following my role as the Installation Coordinator/Designer, I transitioned into this new position, continuing to support the story production of SM's installation projects. Now focusing on the day-today tasks, I spend my time pursuing new stories through organization outreach and breathing new life into older work through social media.

Working alongside the project leads, I helped transform portraits taken by youth storytellers into a wall-to-wall installation at Warden TTC subway station. In addition to preparing the photos for large-scale prints, I designed the graphic elements that would be used to brand the series.

As the first point of contact at the store, I encourage purchases that align with customers' needs, informing them of features and benefits outlined by corporate. With an emphasis on customer service, I help coordinate sales floor activities to optimize the conversion potential of each customer.

Directed all messaging that was disseminated through website copy, marketing materials, and social media. Also structured presentations and facilitated workshops for investor pitches, including the company's audition and eventual appearance on Dragon's Den.

With a strong understanding of our demographic, I was tasked with locating and researching article topics popular with readers. Wrote and self-edited Arts & Culture articles in a fast-paced editorial environment, subsequently devising and scheduling content across social media platforms.

Developed visual treatments for music videos, outlining what will be shot and how it will appear on screen using stylistic references. Pitched and refined ideas for potential music videos and speculative commercials.

Gathered data during UX tests to improve Interaxon’s products and services. Showcased topics and events that aligned with company culture on the Muse blog.
