As the Structure Department Leader, I oversaw the design and development of critical rocket structural components, ensuring projects met deadlines and stayed within budget. My role included creating and implementing integration strategies to improve module compatibility. Effectively managing teams of engineers from different disciplines, including mechanics, materials, and aerodynamics, was essential to my responsibilities. I followed industry standards for structural design and implemented rigorous quality control throughout the project. I also conducted structural analyses and prototype testing to ensure designs were robust and practical. I kept up to date with new technologies in structural engineering, evaluated their potential uses, and encouraged innovation to increase efficiency in our engineering processes.

I was responsible for the design of the rocket motor casing, which securely holds the rocket motor in the mechanical team, the avionics block where the avionic system is mounted, and the internal structural elements of the rocket. I reviewed design and material selections based on conducted analyses and conducted necessary tests on prototypes of systems scheduled for production.
