I am responsible for consulting with customers to understand their infrastructure requirements; preparing and presenting face-to-face and documented solutions. I determine suitable site locations, with optimum station heights and antenna directions, and making detailed network coverage predictions. I optimize radio network for integrity, mobility, retainability and accessibility. I also perform system analyses on 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE-Advanced and proprietary systems network technologies. I design, implement, test and supporting new networks and prepare site-build verification and acceptance processes. I manage, audit and troubleshoot LTE site integrations. I record, analyse and report performance measurement statistics. I identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software problems, cooperate with drive test (DT) Analysis Engineer to resolve any customer issues; maintaining detailed records of all transactions and work carried out. I support DT Engineers on TEMS Investigation for end-to-end testing to verify, optimize and troubleshoot network services. I write technical documents for Volte/LTE Optimization, carrying out feature trials and RAN and Core optimizations.I am providing new generation technologies trainings for local engineers, supporting them to troubleshoot and solve any kind of radio faulty, difficulties and issues in the network.Achievement• Saved cost of drive-test fees by providing "coverage prediction-radio measurement" combination with modifying and using Atoll propagation models.

I used pre-prepared troubleshooting and optimization documents and presentations to successfully train customer and engineering personnel. I conducted network trials and activations, including VoLTE, CA, CSFB, DRX, ANR, SRVCC. I monitored network performance, investigated issues, proposed and instituted necessary corrective actions. I worked closely with vendors to ensure all work completed satisfactorily enabling project Acceptance to be secured. I also designed networks and developed Intra-RAT/Inter-RAT mobility strategies.

I was recognized by Huawei for excellent management of the RF team, customer liaison and meeting project time and cost targets. My role included spearheading radio network design and planning of "Azerconnect" and "Nakhtelecom" LTE Projects. I managed a team of up to 12 RF Optimizers responsible for design, installation, integration, optimization, testing. I also managed vendors and internal and external stakeholders and collaborated with RF Engineers in the resolution of any technical issues arising.

I planned, designed and implemented Multi-Operator Core Network (MOCN) LTE RAN sharing for two mobile operators. LTE sites and cells for shared networks including frequency, TAC, TAL, PCI, PRACH, and neighbor planning (including link budget calculation, coverage and service prediction). Discussions with customers for OSS/DT KPI formulas preparation and agreement on target values. I managed DT subcontractors carrying out cluster-drive and stationary tests and carried out feature trials and activations such as ANR, MRO, AQM, DRX, CSFB. I carried out site investigation and remediation of DT/SSV/OSS issues and designed and implemented LTE-A/Carrier Aggregation.

I achieved/exceeded optimization delivery targets plan for integrated LTE and swapped GSM sites in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and other large conurbations. The client recognized this achievement, which had enhanced its reputation. My role included supporting network operators migrating from NSN to Huawei network with design, planning and optimization. I carried out initial parameter tuning and regular parameter inconsistency check; prepared and managed network KPIs and cluster acceptance. I also carried out network planning and optimization for projects for commercial GSM/LTE networks. Analyzed coverage, quality and capacity results utilizing Atoll, network performance statistic, drive test data, signal tracing data, and radio parameters; recommending measures.

Responsible for strategic planning to optimize UMTS/HSPA+ and GSM/EDGE technologies of Bakcell cellular network. Managing regional network optimizers and drive-test engineers. Keeping all main required performance indicators on agreed targets, technical suggestions to solve customer complaints.Balancing CS and PS traffics between different generation technologies, optimized mobility on idle and connected modes.Used "Atoll Forsk" tool for frequency, scrambling code, neighbor planning, physical optimization. Received an award from "Bakcell" for excellent performance.

I monitored and controlled, optimized 600 GSM/EDGE sites. I defined optimization procedures, clusters, and regions and designed RF networks and prepared budgets for new sites. I monitored network performance statistics and drive test results, recommended corrective actions for related bands and technologies. I tuned and optimized and parameters and features like Handover, BTS/MS Power Control, Intra cell HO to maximize performance and improve KPIs. I carried out neighbor optimization to drive-test (DT) logs and statistics and coordinated regional DT team; analysed drive tests using Actix Analyzer to confirm network coverage and quality.

Responsible for contributing in the RF Design projects of the "Bakcell" cellular network. Responsibilities included: creating search areas within their geographic area of responsibility; working with the performance and capacity team to understand areas of concern. Designed sites to meet RF objective from capacity offload and coverage enhancement point of view. Coordinated with other team members from the start to the end of the planning projects.Planning for coverage, capacity based on multiple reasons: coverage prediction - poor coverage, customer complaints - drive test measurement, performance statistics, marketing offer, cooperative customers' requirements etc. Preparation of link budgets for new sites, coverage prediction. Technical site survey in the field. Preparation of technical site survey reports and delivering to the related units for signatures and starting for deployment. Planning and designing for Indoor building solutions (IBS).

I managed Drive-Test (DT) teams conducting telecommunication field tests and maintained, calibrated and monitored all test tools and equipment. I evaluated, recommended and implemented system improvements. I prepared and issued regular reports on progress, performance, DT activity, internal benchmark measurement, data analysis and post-processing.

I prepared drive test scenarios, cell database, digital map and test tools; mapped drive test route; prepared test schedule and method statement. I performed drive and call quality tests using TEMS Investigation; recorded detailed test results; analysed drive test logfile with Actix; prepared and issued technical proposals and output drive test reports.
