Made significant contributions to ML, AI, spectroscopy analysis, disease diagnosis, and material science.• Conceptualized and led 4 research projects, designing fundamental ML frameworks; Developed revolutionary ML methods to analyze complex structured data from biological tissues and advanced nanomaterials, resulting in 9 publications in top-tier journals, conferences, and books, and 4 conference speeches.• Designed, implemented, and tuned state-of-the-art convolutional, recurrent, and transformer neural networks (Pytorch, Numpy, Pandas), leading the first-ever data-driven optical characterization of functional materials within complex photonic structures with an RMSPS of 0.95 and PCC of 0.99.• Pioneered an interpretable ML biosensing platform by integrating spectroscopies and 2-dimensional materials (Scikit-learn, Numpy, Pandas), which improved the accuracy of diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease from 77% to 98% and revealed novel biomarkers, identified coronavirus strains with 96% accuracy, facilitated cancer treatments, and provided the foundation of advanced biosensing.
