•Merchandise planning: By monitoring sell-through and analysing weekly and historical sales performance, to identify drivers of trends, misses, and opportunities and propose corresponding action plans. Analyse and adjust allocation plans and monitor inventory. Manage and maintain OTB, track the order process of planned merchandises. Monitor merchandises prices, gross-profit and other KPIs. Analyse competitive brands and products. •Merchandise operation: Be responsible for oversea official websites and oversea platforms. Select suitable products for platforms based on the characteristics of platforms, sales plan and promotional activities. Plan and launch new products on a weekly basis. Sequence and monitor the e-stores.

• Assist in making buying plan, e.g. analyse sales performance and manage OTB budget.• Travelling in buying trip to assist with choosing future season goods.• Responsible for daily connection with oversea brands and responding to their requests, e.g. receiving visitors of cooperators, claim for defectives.• Update sell-through report and provide sales report to brands (weekly/monthly).• Arrange purchase order information, monitor products deliveries, input merchandises datum. Manage merchandises in and out of warehouse. • Inspect stores weekly and adjust the display of the merchandises. • Brands include Vivienne Westwood、M-Missoni、Love Moschino、Versace Jeans Couture、Jill Sander by Navy、PS by Paul Smith、House of Holland e.t.c.

• Mainly responsible for social media marketing; run all the social media platforms. • Create marketing campaigns and formulate marketing plans with the marketing manager. • Contact KOL and media for marketing campaigns

• Provide luxury consumer service and build strong consumer loyalty. • Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the development of the turnover. • Assist in visual merchandising of the store.
