- Drive end-to-end design process as an only designer with the responsibility of 5+ products for Small-Medium Business including B2B/B2C E-commerce, education, online auction, etc. Collaborated closely with clients to develop design strategies that satisfy target audiences and business goals.- Built the design system from scratch that aligned with clients’ branding, which accelerated the design workflow by 34%, and reduced development costs by 30%, while gaining the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

- Conducted a comprehensive UX audit for Tmall (Alibaba), identified usability problems, and uncovered competitive disadvantages and accessibility threats. Presented the findings and actionable recommendations, which got buy-in and prioritized.- Segmented customer personas into different loyalty levels to support tailored marketing strategies, which resulted in the improvement of customer retention and conversion rate.- Redesigned “homepage” / “product detail page” / “shopping car” / “checkout” user flows, streamlined the user journey, and delivered high-fidelity prototypes.

- Redesigned the MP (WeChat Mini Program) for Fendi. Took charge of the benchmarking report, and conducted user surveys and A/B testing. Listed 23 issues and prioritized features for the roadmap. The redesigned version has been released in Jan 2023.- Optimized Celine’s size guide by incorporating responsive ui components, making it scalable for different screen sizes while keep the consistency.
