The project goal was to create an internal frontend architecture (using tools such as: NextJS, Typescript, ReactJS, Styled-components etc) for Woonstad Rotterdam that would enable them to quickly develop and maintain their web applications.I assisted with the following key points:• Built multiple applications from the ground up with NextJS• Setup their internal frontend architecture using through setting up a Monorepo using NX• Implemented ar responsive grid system, which enabled the web applications to be easily viewed across multiple devices, resulting in improved user experience.• Setup multiple Progressive Web Apps, or PWAs with NextJS• Developed a component library using React, by creating small and reusable components, resulting in a more modular application and allowing for rapid development.• Collaborated with the UI/UX team to ensure the applications were visually appealing and user-friendly, resulting in a higher user satisfaction rating.

Eindhoven Area

I assisted in creating a web and mobile application for Flowbird and Nationale Apotheek at iO Eindhoven. He assisted with a variety of elements, including:• Boost the performance of the current mobile app built in React-Native.• Build a web application from the ground up using NextJS with essential features including DigiD, user registration, and the ability to browse medications etc.• Implement different payment processors in the front-end such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal• Fix bugs in the current web app improving UX• Collaborated with the UI designer to ensure the web app was aesthetically pleasing and allowed for a seamless user experience.• Conducted code reviews and mentored junior developers on best practices for React and React Native.

I assisted in the re-styling of the Coronadirect project at the Antwerpen campus. I had done several things to assist with this, including:• attending various meetings• implementing the new frontend design• Refactor existing legacy code

FM Group is a trading house operating in the floriculture sector.At FM Group I was responsible for the front-end of the mobile app and web app. The app allows customers to order a diverse range of products, from flowers and plants to garden nutrition and seeds.Features part of the app where I contributed with were: • Ordering products• Claiming ordered products• Favourite lists• Other typical webshop functionalities, like login, service etc.Besides the mobile application, I also worked on the webshop. This application had the same functionality as the mobile application and was developed with the React framework. Redux and React Query were also used in this application.For the rest, I helped guide junior developers by doing pair programming sessions or answering their questions

SQlapius is a Caribbean IT company whose goal is to provide software and technical support for the medical sector in the Caribbean.At SQlapius I was responsible for the front-end & design of all mobile apps. During this period I built a Xamarin and a React Native app:(React Native) Burger App: A mobile app specifically developed for patients with as key feature: (easily) identifying yourself while picking up your medical prescriptions. This was done by means of QR codes & raspberry pi(s) coupled with QR code scanners.• 8000+ userbase• Optimised REST API's with React query• AES-GZM (Encryption / Decryption of QR code data)• Develop native bridge layers for functionality such as Android APK validation, in-app navigation(Xamarin) Corona Tablet App: A tablet app used by laboratories in Curacao to digitise the process of performing and providing feedback on corona tests.• Improving the workflow of various laboratories during COVID-19 by developing a tablet app• Bouncy Castle (Encryption / Decryption of QR code data)• Analysing and improving existing software systems• Working closely with backend developers for developing and optimisation of various RESTAPIs

Simpleray is an American solar energy company that supplies and installs solar panels to individuals and businesses.At Simpleray I was responsible for the front-end of all mobile apps. During my time there I worked (from start to finish) on 3 React Native Apps:• Internal (CRM) App: Internal mobile application for processing (both offline and online) data for the installation of solar panels for customers,• CustomerApp: Application for viewing information about your solar panels: e.g. energy savings per day/week/quarter/year, environmental benefits, lifetime revenue through third-party API connection.• Kiosk Application: Application for kiosks that are placed in stores to encourage potential customers to make the switch to solar panels.
