I handle a vast portfolio of Software tools including Dev/Ops, Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, Sales and Marketing, Data, and Design. This includes managing the software through its life cycle and reporting to the business on critical usage, finance, and various other reporting metrics.

I manage all software throughout their entire life cycles. Including software procurement, license management and disposition. I also manage our various supplier/vendor relationships as well as work closely with our category managers to keep suppliers/vendors updated. I work with our Mergers and Acquisitions team providing support for all supplier on-boarding functions related to acquisitions. I work closely with finance to provide budget and forecasts, including quarterly actuals. I communicate directly with various LOBs about their needs, software renewals, requests and all other software asset related questions. I provide help to our hardware asset team in selecting hardware and providing mentorship due to my technical background and previous history in hardware asset management.

This is a dual roll for me. Managing our Site Support Engineers for the America's region. While also managing our IT assets as they relate to the Product Org. Managing both hardware and software assets. Working closely with finance, procurement, vendors and IT. Having to use every bit of my technical knowledge, asset management knowledge and leadership skills to continue driving support in the Americas and our Global Assets.

After assisting with launching a Support structure dedicated to NetSuite's Product Organization (Developers, QA, Operations, Security...) I took on the challenge of a dual roll managing our Site Support Engineers for the America's region. I'm also involved with managing our Assets as they relate to the Product Org. Having to use every bit of my technical knowledge, asset management knowledge and leadership skills to continue driving support in the Americas and our Global Assets.

I am assisting with the creation of a new department titled NSIT (NetSuite IT). This will include site support and infrastructure support for all things related to the NetSuite GBU Product Org at Oracle. I'm also assisting with compiling all of our Hardware, Apps and Services from an Asset Management perspective to narrow down our focus with regards to what is in-use by the Product Org.

After the acquisition I kept my same direct report base, but also picked up our support employees on the East Coast as well. I currently provide leadership, coaching and encouragement to the NetSuite GBU Support Engineers in our Central and East regions. This includes supervising projects, daily work, ticket queue, inventory as well as providing feedback, performance reviews, approvals and adjustments where needed.

Manage employees within my region while also preforming the duties of a top tier IT Specialist.

An appropriate job title, this position requires the very best of me. I am in charge of so many moving parts with in my own region and regions beyond that the term Global Support Services goes beyond anything i've ever handled in my profession. From desktop support with both Windows and Mac to Networking, VPN, Servers, Switches, printers, account creation, and a life in Active Directory. There is nothing this IT position leaves out. I have been privileged to have previous work with a company large enough to have several different departments handling all the various aspects that I am now required to handle myself. My education has tripled in the past year working with NetSuite. My abilities are sharpened and there really isn't anything we don't do as IT Specialists at NetSuite. I've even started to venture into Project Management and have perhaps found a future niche in which to educate myself on.

I am piloting a new position within Apollo IT. I am bringing live technical support to the Students and Faculty at a local campus. I am combining every ounce of my technical background and training to deal with virtually every situation that can arise on multiple platforms.
