Work with the Blackwell Elementary PTSA to design and deliver Art Education lessons for classes from K-5. Prepare lesson plans, prep lesson materials and deliver 1-hour art lessons for children.

Completed consulting assignments for various clients. Key achievements include: • Developed a Policy Note for the World Bank on “Effective Third-Party Monitoring for Fragile Conflicted and Violence Affected States”. Led the design and implementation of a research project to understand and evaluate the use of third-party monitoring as a strategy for World Bank Missions in FCV states. Quantitative and Qualitative research was conducted over the course of 100+ days in Afghanistan, Iraq, South Sudan, and Somalia. • Designed and developed a Training Program for United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Council of Pakistan Newspaper Editors (CPNE) on “Climate-Smart Reporting” for 300+ Journalists and Communications Professionals to climate-change finance.

Responsible for managing PTSA sponsored events and programs for the school. Efforts include community liaison, development of communication material, budgeting and financial management and event management.

Led the development of a package of integrated financial and non-financial services designed to improve revenue, job creation and strengthening of business networks for 400 growth-oriented women entrepreneurs across Pakistan. Developed a capacity development program targeted towards Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations with the targeted goal of improving the quantity and quality of services these organizations were offering to member entrepreneurs. Worked closely with Chambers of Commerce across Pakistan to establish a selection criterion and identify small and medium women entrepreneurs for a three-year business development program.

ECI is one of the pioneers of enterprise development in Pakistan. As one of the founding members of the company, was instrumental in growing ECI from a one-room operation to one of Pakistan’s fastest growing consulting companies with a core staff of 70 persons and an extension network of 1000+ associates & trainers. Led three crtitical business functions for the organization: Business Development, Communication and Instructional Design. Developed 42 adult learning programs for various clientele. Target audience ranged from low to non-literate men and women to senior development sector staff and government officials. Managed two of the largest cascade training programs in Pakistan, as an implementing partner for UNDP, IFES and the Election Commission of Pakistan. Each cascade training involved 8000+ events through which over 300,000 persons received training. As a senior consultant on the organization's platfrom successfully completed 103 consulting assignments from inception to close. Project teams ranged from 2 to 114 persons Worked extensively to support the entrepreneurship ecosystem in South Asia. Key experiences included capacity building of entrepreneurs, small businesses and chambers of commerce. Design and execution of incubator and business accelerator programs. Strategic events and experiences for networking and linkage building strategies. Advocacy and policy development to support a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem in South Asia.

Worked as Master Trainer & Monitor for an Entrepreneurship Development Program for Community Midwives for the USAID TACMIL project.

Developed and taught ‘Pakistan Studies’ to undergraduate students as part of the IVSAA’s liberal arts curriculum.

Designed needs-based quantitative & qualitative research projects for clients; supervised on-ground research; analyzed SPSS-based quantified results; prepared reports & recommendations for client.

Created & graded quizzes, mentored students & conducted tutorials for: Applied Ethics (400 level), Project Management (300 level), Ethics Values & Society (200 level), Introduction to Philosophy (100 level), Communication Skills (100 level) & Islamic Studies (100 level).
