Previously worked on the legacy BN Twitter Ads tool, where I refactored the ad campaign creation workflow to make it more user-friendly, using AngularJS, Bootstrap, Grunt, Node, Lodash, and a handful of other internal packages. After that I was a back end engineer on the BN Publish tool, where I created and managed services that are core to the team, including an authentication service, and a service that manages all published content for clients.Now, I am an engineer on the Platform team, and help out in many other areas where I can.

I am part of the development team behind WebApp Secure.- Added enhancements to WebApp Secure's ReST API- Diagnose and patch various issues within the system.- Assist customers in their deployment of WebApp Secure within network topology, and assist Juniper's technical assistance team on the product.- Respond to escalated help desk tickets regarding WebApp Secure- Assist the QA team in their manual testing efforts, and help devise testing strategies for major releases.- Devised an automated functionality testing infrastructure and review test cases implemented by others contributing to the testbed.- Support the systems team in monitoring the server lab.

Assisted the Mykonos Software engineering team by constructing an automated testing framework that would test HTTP RFC compliance, as well as provide a modular framework that would enable other tests to be integrated. Built a stealthy vulnerability scanner to trip firewall responses, and integrated the program into the testing framework. Worked with the development team to further develop the Mykonos appliance.

Conducted research in various areas encompassing science education, in partnership with NASA and RIT. Projects included ‘Digital Immersive Worlds’, ‘K12 Research Partnerships’, ‘Family Science for the Innovation Generation’, and ‘Kids Summer Camp at RIT’. Collaborated with the Insight Lab team to create a dynamically able research base for Science Education and Astronomy at RIT. Appointed Science Education Technology lead for the Insight Lab fall 2010 research team.

Instructed children (age 9-17) on basic design principles of game design and web design. Assured safety by attending a 2 day training course, and got CPR/AED certified. Accompanied children to locations for surfing during the day, then chaperoned them to the computer lab to continue instruction. Entertained overnight campers throughout the week to ensure a fun time at our location.

Responsibilities were to repair or upgrade software and hardware components of customer computers. Constructed and maintained the company website using design software and HTML.
