Zoe is the Global Public Safety Lead for Accenture. This means that she draws on thinking - and practice - from police, justice, intelligence and security practices around the world, to help public safety organisations to truly transform. She helps organisations to design, build and navigate their transformation journeys, so that they optimise benefits, and ensure that public safety outcomes are realised. She has a background in designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations with public safety clients, at both local and national level. She is lucky enough to have worked with organisations across the criminal justice system, identifying opportunities for collaboration and transformation, with the citizen and end user at the heart. Functionally, this means her expertise is in operating model and organisation design, change management strategy, benefits management and portfolio management. She is a strong proponent of co-creation as a means to build engagement, commitment and legitimacy to service design, and is a design thinking practitioner. Zoe is also a certified Gallup Strengths coach, and brings this positive-psychology, strengths-based coaching mentality to all teams and clients.
