The project had a development budget of $15M and is forecasted to have $80-150M in sales. Reduced an initial budget over-run of $2M to $700K at project end.• Contributed to Moog’s winning proposal and subsequently served as a customer technical contact to Airbus in Bremen, Germany to accelerate requirements and system definition through the development of Moog’s system on the A350XWB airliner.• Led a team in investigating and correcting the design deficiencies on an electromechanical primary flight control system. Through success in correcting its deficiencies and easing the customer’s worries, earned the role of being the lead engineer on the actuators.• Expanded into a business development and conceptual design role and proposed and presented electromechanical flight controls, weapons bay drive systems and wing fold systems to Moog’s biggest military aircraft customers.
