• Detailed diagnosis and general repairing of diesel engines on Volvo, DAF, MAN, Magirus, Mercedes, Iveco, Neoplan, Scania trucks and buses• Detailed diagnosis and general repairing of diesel engines on Caterpillar, JCB, Bomag, Liebherr, Jalle heavy mobile equipment• Detailed diagnosis and general repairing of manual and automatic transmission on heavy vehicles• Diagnosis and repairing of Diesel Fuel Injection (DFI)• Complete overhaul of non-working machines ( disassemble, repair and reassemble engines)• Completing all mechanical and electrical repairs and adjustments on vehicle including suspension systems, cooling-heating systems, compressors, pumps, ignition systems, instrument panels and other• Welding joints and components, source materials and fabricate parts using electric and gas welding equipment, replacing doors, hoods, fenders and other parts, dolly legs on trailers, replacement and modification for installation of standard dolly legs • Installation and maintenance of video surveillance and toll devices in buses and networking with source server over the wireless connection (wireless internet, GPS system)• Diagnose malfunctions using test instruments (handheld computers, motor analyzer, pressure gauges and others)• Responsibility for replacement parts and tools in service and vehicles, testing of repaired vehicles (in service and on the road)• Writing up a full report with detailed costing of repairs needed for each vehicle, as well as final invoice once the job is done
