Current- Reduced time spent in testing by 40% by implementing testing throughout development cycle and applying risk-based categorisation of changes- Defining Quality Assurance strategy and roadmap on company level in order to actively increase quality of product and customer satisfaction- Deliver the strategy improvements through goals in OKR form- Setting up Quality Control measures and reporting them to top management- Setting up Quality Guild -> community of QA and non-QA folks gathered to share Quality related topics and exchange experiences and knowledge- Defining QA team Identity, Mission, Vision and Principles- Leading a team of QA Engineers, with active work on personal development with each member- Setting up and leading hiring- Establishing cross-department communication to steer projects in proper direction- Negotiating with vendors for external solutions
