• In charge of departments: Preparation of ToR (Term of References), Operations; Reporting and Budgeting;• Managing activities necessary for the implementation of the three motorway projects, including carrying out of land acquisitions, planning and management of archaeological studies;• Monitoring preparation of proposals for approval of funding from EU Operational programs and other sources;• Communicating with third parties such as contractors, public entities and institutions, as well as with the European Investment Bank and JASPERS;• Managing preparatory contracts with overall value of 10 M Euro and building contracts estimated to 500 M Euro;• Acting as deputy CEO responsible for Financial Management and Accounting, Operational Control, Public Procurement and Administrative and Legal.

• Establishment, monitoring and control of Co. operations’ procedures;• Internal Rules and Procedures – preparation, update (according to applicable legislation and EU regulations) and control of execution• Risk management strategy – preparation and execution;• Preliminary control – of contracts, payments, tender procedures documentations, internal procedures;• Monitoring and controlling compliance with applicable requirements and regulations (legal, investment institutions and internal regulations) of all tender documentations, public procurement contracts, contract amendments etc.;• Functional management and organizational support to all directorates;• Communication with public entities and institutions, as well as with the European Investment Bank.

- Optimization of the structure; implementation and modification of company’s policies in: Supply; Marketing and Sales; HR; IT; Finance and Accounting; Administration- Introduction of budgets;- Start-up and development of new company business – Tourist Services - Apart-Hotel and Restaurant Complex, including procurement of equipment; development of organizational structure and hiring of personnel; definition of the requirements towards the ERP system, selection and implementation; marketing plan- Project Manager – restructuring and implementation of ERP system designed for building and construction businesses.
