Team Leader - National Cashless Payment Initiative “Better Way”, Serbia
CurrentProject: National Cashless Payment Initiative “Better Way” - a joint project between GIZ and private sector companies Visa and Mastercard, implemented under the auspices of develoPPP program of the German federal ministry for economic cooperation and development (BMZ) in cooperation with NALED and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia.The main objectives of the project are further suppression of the grey economy, financial education and inclusion, digitalization and innovation and enhanced development of the cashless payments acceptance infrastructure.The project has established and running the POS Program (https://boljinacin.rs) with the participation of nine local banks, three vendors of electronic payments platforms and equipment and one financial payments institution.
