• Responsible for all sourcing and purchasing, both domestic and international; sending request for quotes, generating/issuing purchase orders, tracking all internal purchases along with monthly reconciliation of credit.
• In charge of the spare parts sales department; fielding all customer requests, providing quotes, processing P.O.’s, generating final invoices.
• Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable functions; confirm all vendor invoices reflect proper quantities and correct charges, mail and follow up on all past due customer invoices.

• Handle all shipping and receiving; coordinate large freight shipments nationwide, make sure all orders are shipped complete and on time, receive in all purchases; logging items in system and then adding into inventory.
