Worked closely with, and managed the vendor relationship. • Led redesign for a customer service application, decomposing 5 separate applications (across 5 lines of business) and converged them into a single user-friendly solution. Greatly improved the service model, removed data integrity issues, and saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in support fees.
