I have an insatiable desire to learn how things work in service of doing things better.Learning has led me from building RC Lego to video production to leadership to culture theory and more. I tinker with and fail at everything I try until I understand it front back and sideways, allowing me to weave a depth of understanding and adapt it everywhere I go as a confident beginner.I thrive in a domain where I can link people and ideas, and where I have the chance to improve and systematize whatever I'm doing. I tend to add empathy to the technical and spreadsheets to everything. I'm less attached to development in a field than finding disparate links between paradigms that may bring fresh solutions.Back on earth you may find me running a cost benefit analysis of granola recipes, training to reclaim my Guinness world record title, or editing photos. Projects rotate in and out but I tend to like perfecting the same or similar ideas for a while in order to discover the new through digging deeper.

In three months I was promoted to photo specialist team lead. In this role I juggled several tasks each day including hardware and software troubleshooting, email and phone communication between offices, and assigning the main workload. I also initiated and oversaw the development of an inventory supply system and training materials, tracked team KPI's, and helped calibrate KPIs for quality control and productivity measurement. -
